All personnel were polite and courteous! Service Mgr. , Justin Hall provided updates along the way and was very professional! GMC could not locate a replacement transmission which was unacceptable and loaner vehicle was available. I bought a truck to drive and for three weeks I had no transportation!! Poor service! The transmission arrived surprisingly on Friday morning and the service team had it installed by Tuesday afternoon. Very Nice!

The transmission was on backorder for an extended period of time, but once it came in, the service department was great about getting my vehicle scheduled and the work done has made a tremendous difference in how the vehicle drives. I drive from Durand to go to Bell Wasik for the repairs on my Buick Encore. Every single time I’m there the staff confirms why I will always make that hour and a half drive. From the simplest gesture of offering a visit the hot chocolate bar the sales employees had set up, to the clear communication and strive to make the customer happy, I am very satisfied with Bell Wasik Service Department. Where to begin. I bought a 2019 Buick Encore fairly quickly after being in a car accident last month. First the turbo failed during delivery (they fixed that free of charge), they said they’d detail it and fix some seat damage while it was in (they didn’t), check engine light came back on after 3 days of driving the car (about 260 miles from me) broken flex pipe repair was quoted at $700 then brought down to $500 on a car I just purchased. Just replaced the back brake pads because they were also bad. I don’t know if they knew about the flex pipe and never fixed it after “inspection” or damaged it during the install of the new turbo, but it is unacceptable to let someone drive off a lot with a major exhaust leak on a car they just purchased. I’ve done one of these reviews before and got then “a manager will be reaching out to you” comment. No one has reached out to me since then.
