Holly was excellent!!! They didn't have what I wanted on the lot but she took the time to find me exactly what I asked for. Kept me informed thru the whole process. All personnel were polite and courteous! Service Mgr. , Justin Hall provided updates along the way and was very professional! GMC could not locate a replacement transmission which was unacceptable and loaner vehicle was available. I bought a truck to drive and for three weeks I had no transportation!! Poor service! The transmission arrived surprisingly on Friday morning and the service team had it installed by Tuesday afternoon. Very Nice!

Service Department worked to resolve mechanical issue with my GMC Sierra and assisted with claim on the vehicle service contract.

The transmission was on backorder for an extended period of time, but once it came in, the service department was great about getting my vehicle scheduled and the work done has made a tremendous difference in how the vehicle drives. I really appreciate all David’s help with the third-party warranty coverage.

Oil change and rotation was fine. I can get that anywhere. but the promised car wash didn’t happen. I would like a reason to keep coming.
